How to Mark for Transfer of Setbacks - LWH Project

Steps

Ensure that there are 2 Sub Plot Site Plans inside the building. You can refer here on how to draw Sub Plot Site Plan

Select between Setback Concession/Transfer of Setbacks case
- Click on Guided Marking. If two Sub Plot Site Plans are present in the drawing, then the Setback Concession/Transfer of Setbacks window opens.
- From the dropdown, select "TRANSFER_OF_SETBACKS".

Mark After Transfer Of Setbacks Sub Plot Site Plan
- Search for the "Sub Plot Site Plan" that represents the Sub Plot Site Plan After transfer of setbacks. Site Plan Type form appears on the right side of the screen.
- Select "AFTER_TRANSFER" from the dropdown.
- Click "Save and Next Unmarked".
- Provide the data for the Proposed Work in the AFTER_TRANSFER Sub Plot Site Plan:
- Proposed Work Type
- Proposed Work Number
- Click "Save and Next Unmarked".

Mark Before Transfer of Setbacks Sub Plot Site Plan
- Search for the "Sub Plot Site Plan" that represents the Sub Plot Site Plan Before transfer of setbacks. Site Plan Type form appears on the right side of the screen.
- Mark Sub Plot Site Plan as "BEFORE_TRANSFER" from the dropdown.
- Click "Save and Next Unmarked".
- Provide the data for the Proposed Work in the BEFORE_TRANSFER Sub Plot Site Plan:
- Proposed Work Type
- Proposed Work Number
- Click "Save and Next Unmarked".

Map After Proposed Work to Corresponding Before Proposed Work
- Select "Before and After Proposed Work Mapping" section.
- You can see After Proposed Work is highlighted in the drawing.
- In the "Setback Transferred From" dropdown, select the location from where the setback is transferred from (Rear, Side 1, or Side 2).
- In the "Setback Transferred To" dropdown, select the location from where the setback is transferred to (Front, Rear, Side 1, or Side 2).
- Enter the modified setback dimension in the "Setback Value Transferred" field.
- Tick the checkbox against the corresponding Proposed Work in the "Before Proposed Works" section to map with the selected After Proposed Work.
- Click "Save and Next Unmarked".
Checkpoints
- Ensure that there are two Sub Plot Site Plans in a building -
- One for Before Transfer of Setbacks
- One for After Transfer of Setbacks
- Ensure both Before and After Sub Plot Site Plans are correctly marked for setback transfers
Drawing Conventions
- Ensure that 2 Sub Plot Site Plans are present outside the
__BN_BuildingPlan
Layer.
