How to Mark for Transfer of Setbacks - LWH Project

Steps​

  1. Ensure that there are 2 Sub Plot Site Plans inside the building. You can refer here on how to draw Sub Plot Site Plan

  2. Select between Setback Concession/Transfer of Setbacks case

    1. Click on Guided Marking. If two Sub Plot Site Plans are present in the drawing, then the Setback Concession/Transfer of Setbacks window opens.
    2. From the dropdown, select "TRANSFER_OF_SETBACKS".

  3. Mark After Transfer Of Setbacks Sub Plot Site Plan

    1. Search for the "Sub Plot Site Plan" that represents the Sub Plot Site Plan After transfer of setbacks. Site Plan Type form appears on the right side of the screen.
    2. Select "AFTER_TRANSFER" from the dropdown.
    3. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".
    4. Provide the data for the Proposed Work in the AFTER_TRANSFER Sub Plot Site Plan:
      1. Proposed Work Type
      2. Proposed Work Number
    5. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".

  4. Mark Before Transfer of Setbacks Sub Plot Site Plan

    1. Search for the "Sub Plot Site Plan" that represents the Sub Plot Site Plan Before transfer of setbacks. Site Plan Type form appears on the right side of the screen.
    2. Mark Sub Plot Site Plan as "BEFORE_TRANSFER" from the dropdown.
    3. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".
    4. Provide the data for the Proposed Work in the BEFORE_TRANSFER Sub Plot Site Plan:
      1. Proposed Work Type
      2. Proposed Work Number
    5. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".

  5. Map After Proposed Work to Corresponding Before Proposed Work

    1. Select "Before and After Proposed Work Mapping" section.
    2. You can see After Proposed Work is highlighted in the drawing.
    3. In the "Setback Transferred From" dropdown, select the location from where the setback is transferred from (Rear, Side 1, or Side 2).
    4. In the "Setback Transferred To" dropdown, select the location from where the setback is transferred to (Front, Rear, Side 1, or Side 2).
    5. Enter the modified setback dimension in the "Setback Value Transferred" field.
    6. Tick the checkbox against the corresponding Proposed Work in the "Before Proposed Works" section to map with the selected After Proposed Work.
    7. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".

Checkpoints​

  1. Ensure that there are two Sub Plot Site Plans in a building -
    1. One for Before Transfer of Setbacks
    2. One for After Transfer of Setbacks
  2. Ensure both Before and After Sub Plot Site Plans are correctly marked for setback transfers

Drawing Conventions​

  1. Ensure that 2 Sub Plot Site Plans are present outside the __BN_BuildingPlan Layer.
